How can I reschedule or cancel my trip??
You can make changes to your itinerary with no fee. A simple way to change or cancel the trip without paying a fee is to do so within 48 hours before departing. You can reschedule the ticket contacting us by email, WhatsApp (recommended), Telegram and chat online.
Do I need to print online ticket?
There is no need to print tickets. You can show the e-ticket to the company counter on your smartphone instead of printing it.
Can I purchase a bus ticket for someone else?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is make sure that you have the passenger information listed exactly as it is on their ID (identification card or passport). You can use any form of payment – even if it is not tied to the passenger.
How much luggage are you allowed on a bus?
Up to two pieces per person weighing a maximum of 20kg each per person.
