FAQs

What does no Amendment Fees mean?

You can keep the price of your original reservation until the moment of your trip. The balance of your reservation must be completed in cash, a few days before your trip in our office. If you wish to complete the payment through an electronic platform, you must pay a 5% charge.

What is the time limit to modify and cancel a reservation?

You can cancel or modify your bus trip up to 02 days prior to departure and 30 days on any other tour. Any difference in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable.
