Terms of Service & Bookings

To ensure a safe, well-organized journey, please review the following terms:

1. Cancellations & Changes
   • Small units (pickups & vans): at least 24 hours before travel.
   • Minibuses: at least 48 hours before travel.
   • Buses: at least 2 weeks before travel.
   • If these windows aren’t met, passengers are not entitled to a refund.
   • Important: All cancellations incur a small administrative fee, plus the non-refundable payment gateway fee.
2. Itinerary Changes During the Service
   • Free waiting time: up to 30 min for domestic flights and 60 min for international flights, counted from the scheduled arrival time.
   • Longer delays may incur extra waiting charges at the current rate.
   • Passengers must inform us of any flight time changes or unexpected delays.
   • If you request route/itinerary changes during the service, additional costs will apply.
3. Service Requirements
   • Show your booking confirmation to the driver/representative at pick-up.
   • Provide accurate flight information (flight number, arrival time, any relevant details).
   • Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
   • No-show at the meeting point at the agreed time forfeits the service without refund.
4. Advance Bookings
   • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure availability.
   • During high season or special events, book earlier.
   • Bookings are confirmed upon full payment or agreed deposit.
5. Passenger Information
   • City transfers (Cusco): only the main contact name is required.
   • Long-distance routes: we require full details for all passengers (full name, age, nationality, passport number) due to checkpoint requirements.
6. Drivers
   • Our drivers may not speak English, but they are attentive and helpful.
   • All drivers are registered, properly licensed, and experienced on tourist routes.
   • For any issue during your ride, contact our 24/7 assistance line for immediate support.
7. Safety & Insurance
   • All vehicles include passenger insurance and incident coverage.
   • Fleet maintained to modern safety and reliability standards.
   • Please follow the driver’s safety guidelines during the journey.
   • In case of any incident, inform the driver and our assistance line immediately.
8. Punctuality Guarantee
   • We are committed to the agreed schedule for every transfer.
   • Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
   • If any unforeseen delay arises, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9. Personalized Assistance
   • You will have direct contact with our operations center for any question or emergency related to your service.
   • We offer assistance for last-minute changes and emergencies during the ride.
