FAQs
What is the departure time on the charter bus service?
The regular tour starts at 07:00 AM. However, you can choose the departure time in this service. We recommend leaving early to visit the tourist attractions with more time and calm.
- Large buses are prohibited from entering the historic center in the cities of Cusco and Puno.
- According to the contracted service, the departure and arrival point of the buses is according to the capacity or size of the bus.
- In the case of large buses, the arrival and departure points are the bus stations.
- In the case of small buses (15 people), the arrival and departure points are the hotels indicated at the time of booking.
- The pick-up and transfer service to the hotels of the passengers is not included in the service. However, you can hire them when you book our charter service.
Can you pick me up at the airport and start the tour?
If you want to start the tour the same day as your arrival in the city of Cusco, we can pick you up in the morning and leave from the airport. You must send the necessary information to confirm the pick up.
Can you pick me up at the hotel located in the sacred valley?
If you or your group is in the Sacred Valley of the Incas and you want to start the trip from there, there's no problem. The bus will take the Sacred Valley route to Andahuaylillas without crossing the city of Cusco. However, you must pay USD 80.00 for this service.
