LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE
COMPANY AND PASSENGERS
- To make a reservation please fill out our booking form with your info, we'll confirm your booking info within minutes, if in case you're booking outside of working hours we'll confirm your booking as soon as possible.
- After making your reservation, we will check the availability of space and passenger data - 3 hrs. maximum we will send an email requesting the missing data to complete your reservation.
- The cost of services includes, guided tours, lunch buffet, admission to archaeological sites and drinks on board. (Full Service).
- To Complete your reservation, you have to make a deposit by PayPal. After completing your transaction, PayPal will show the following data, Transaction ID, please send this code, you can also send us the name or the email address of who made the transaction.
- Remember you donít need a PayPal account to make payments, PayPal accepts many cards.
- Normally staff gives the real tickets the day of the passenger's journey, before boarding the bus. All reservations are under the name of who made the reservation.
- We will send you an electronic ticket indicating your reservation info, you can show this e-ticket/voucher before boarding the bus and the staff will give you your real bus ticket.
- If you want we can bring your real bus ticket at your hotel, we just need to know the name and address of your hotel, and delibery date, we took the real tickets to hotels between 7pm - 8pm. If the passenger is not there we will leave the ticket at reception.
If your hotel is outside the city we can't take your real bus ticket at your hotel
- Within your booking information we will ask you to send us your name and passport number, and if you are traveling with your family will ask for the names and passport numbers. This information is required by the Ministry of Transport and Communications from Peru.
- We will ask you the name and address of your hotel where you'll stay a day before your departure to communicate any inconvenience, e.g. strikes and mobilizations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DAY TRAVEL
- It is mandatory to have a passport or identity card.
- If the passenger is not present at the scheduled date and time We are not responsible and loses the full value of the ticket.
REFUNDS PROCESS , CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
- If any of our customers want to cancel their reservation please send us an email 48 hours before your trip with the cancellation of your booking, we will refund your money immediately. Unfortunately PayPal charges us a little fee for each refund; please keep in mind we will refund you less a fee per passenger ($3.9usd aprox.).
- Cancellation 24 hours before travel date will be refunded $15USD per passenger, in case you have paid entrance fees to tourist attractions.
- Cancellation due to accidents or serious health reasons only reembolsable with 60% of the total value of the tickets, plus 10 dollars for administrative expenses.
- All companies take responsibility for accidents through insurance companies MAFRE and LA POSITIVA according to conditions CONTRATO-SOAT.
- It is recommended that all baggage is properly secured and have personally identifiable labels.
- Request numbered stickers before boarding the bus.
- The baggage will be limited to 44 lb. (20 kg.) Allowed per passenger.
- Any excess weight will cost $ 1 U.S. dollar for each additional kg.
- Small items, such as video cameras or cameras, binoculars, bags, umbrellas, etc.. They will be completely under the care and responsibility of their owners (passengers).

- All companies deny any responsibility in case of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters, strikes, strikes that cannot be anticipated.
